Naturally, all questions with respect to the house itself are answered in the description of the object.

4. Do I have to pay anything in case I win?
No, the winner does not have to cover any expenses!
5. May I register multiple times?
Yes, as often as I please.
6. May I register on behalf of others?
Yes, but you have to attach all data necessary on the registration as well as on the payment form to declare the beneficiary.
Participants and/or beneficiaries have to be of age and full legal capacity.
7. Where do I get payment forms?
In every bank institute.
IMPORTANT! In the box reason for payment has to be written the correct registration number.
8. At what point is my registration valid?
The registration is valid with the arrival of the affirmation of the registration. From this point on the participants have a term of 5 business days to transfer the money.
Only if the money arrived on the stated trustee account you generally have the right to take part in the raffle.
9. Are there any mortgages connected to the object?
Every object is transferred to the winner free of any debt.
10. What happens to my money if there are not enough participants in the raffle?
The money is transferred back to your account less charges of maximum EUR 18.00 per lot.
11. Am I allowed to alienate my win?
Yes, the winner has the right to alienate the win.
